Created the e-commerce strategy and plan for this best in class agricultural retail and wholesale distribution business owned by Apollo Investment. Responsibilities include:

  • Driving front-end design and functionality of the customer engagement platform.

  • Feature implementation & development through collaboration with business stakeholders, 3rd party partners, UX & IT teams.

  • Content development for the site including product catalog with name-brand suppliers featured on the e-commerce site.

  • Hiring and leading a team of e-commerce specialists ranging from customer service reps to content strategists

  • Ensuring price execution, selling, and negotiations in coordination with commercial objectives within digital channels
